The Pastors and staff of Bethany are committed to providing support in the preparation and planning of this special day in your lives.
Your 3-Step Journey
- Inquire: Complete the Wedding Inquiry form.
- Confirm: Emma Hoeke will confirm availability with the Pastoral & Support Staff and then send you the Wedding Agreement form.
- Reserve: Submit the Wedding Agreement and Usage Fee to secure your date:
- Worship Center: $300.00
- Chapel: $150.00
Step 2: Meet with Bethany’s Staff
Once secured, our staff will schedule planning meetings:
- Wedding Coordinator: Coordinates physical arrangements, manages rehearsal, and directs ceremony events.
- Music Director: Discusses music selections, musicians, singers, pianist, and arrangements.
- Pastor: Sends an online pre-marriage assessment and ceremony order prior to your initial meeting.
Step 3: Celebrate Your Day
- Rehearsal: 1 hour long, typically Friday early evening before the ceremony. Please bring your marriage license and ensure promptness.
- Ceremony Day: Dedicated dressing rooms and restrooms located in the West Wing are available for the wedding party.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, Bethany welcomes all who wish to celebrate their wedding here provided they follow the Christ-centered ceremony and use a Bethany Pastor.
Policy at Bethany is that only Bethany Pastors may officiate weddings. However, exceptions may be made—please contact the church office to inquire.
Yes, please see our offsite Agreement, and contact Emma Hoeke.
The Worship Center seats up to 1,000 guests, and the Chapel seats up to 80 wedding guests.
In the Worship Center & Chapel, any altars, fixtures, musical instruments, plants, furnishings, and ministry displays may not be moved or removed. Bethany has a limited supply of altar items available—see your Wedding Coordinator for details.
Dressing rooms and bathrooms are located in the West Wing. Snack food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in the West Lobby only, and clean-up is your responsibility. Additional rooms (for gift opening, luncheons, etc.) may be reserved based on availability for an extra fee.
Yes, video recording is permitted. If you hire Bethany’s video technician ($200 fee), note that this is a fixed-position video.
No alcoholic beverages or smoking are permitted on the entire Bethany campus (including all indoor facilities and outdoor property). Couples must inform their wedding party and guests.
