Weekly Opportunities to Serve
This is the backpack food program for Elkhorn Public Schools. We provide non-perishable food for kids in need to take home for the weekends and to be distributed to hungry kids throughout the school day. Our volunteer opportunities include packing the bags, delivering the bags, and collecting the food items.

November 15 | 11AM-1PM | Fellowship Center
Once a month Bethany provides produce for Ukrainian Refugee families who live in Elkhorn. Help pack food bags and welcome families when they come to pick up their produce.
We believe lasting impact happens when we serve together. That’s why we’ve built strong partnerships with local organizations—like food banks, shelters, and schools—to meet the needs of our neighbors and bring hope in tangible ways.
Whether you have a heart for feeding families, mentoring students, or supporting those experiencing crisis, there’s a place for you to make a difference.
Volunteer Days
Join us for hands-on Service projects like packing food for families and kids, making sack lunches, or serving at community events.

Special Events

Together, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus—bringing hope, healing, and help to those right here in our city.
Bethany is committed to sharing the hope of Jesus beyond our local community. Through global missions, we partner with organizations and individuals who bring relief, healing, and the Gospel to people around the world.
We support and walk alongside missionaries and mission teams engaged in:
Costa Rica
Supporting long-term mission teams focused on youth outreach, education, and spiritual formation.
Tanzania
Partnering with local churches to provide resources, training, and support for growing faith communities.
Lutheran World Relief
Delivering aid and development programs in areas affected by poverty, conflict, and natural disasters—sharing Christ’s love through tangible help.
Together, we’re part of God’s bigger story—bringing light, life, and hope to every corner of the world.
