Yoga and Prayer

Practicing yoga is a great way to add a spiritual discipline into our lives during Lent. 

Stretch your faith with an introductory yoga class designed to focus your thoughts on God through relaxation, meditation, and prayer. Perfect for beginners of both yoga and prayer, and extra practice for the more experienced. Bring a mat or towel and meet us in the acitity center at 7 p.m.
